A new version of our app for Android devices and Chromebooks has been released, for remotely accessing Windows and Mac computers, during your unattended remote desktop and remote support sessions. The update is free for all remote access users with a paid plan.
To use the Android app, please do the following: Open the Play Store and search for "dualmon Remote Access"
The new version contains the following enhancements:
- Additional privacy features added for increased security when connected during your remote session.
- New utilities added including Remote Reboot for making remote system updates easier.
- Expanded firewall support for easier integration with Enterprise environments.
- Added support for new Android 16 features.
- General bug fixes and enhancements.
The software will automatically update on your mobile phone or table if you have automatic updates enabled on your device.
